Installation Support for Your Big Top Fabric Structure

At Big Top, we’re committed to ensuring you are 100 percent satisfied with your fabric structure. That’s why, when it comes time for installation, we offer support in two ways: by assigning a technical representative to assist and train your team in assembly and installation, or by handling the entire installation process ourselves.

Onsite Technical Support

If you’d like to use your own team to install your shelter, Big Top can provide the necessary training with one of our knowledgeable technicians. Preparation of the site as well as all tools, equipment, permits, and safety procedures are the responsibility of the customer. Our technician will provide training and assistance for the specified contract period.

Terms and conditions apply. Fees include travel arrangements and accommodations for the technician. For international installations, at least one English speaker is required.

Onsite Installation Service

With this service, preparation of the site is the responsibility of the customer, but Big Top can take it from there. Our highly experienced technicians will provide a no-hassle construction experience and will ensure your fabric structure is built to your exact specifications and in a timely manner.
