60' wide x 90' long x 22' high shelter is currently being
used as a weld shop, enclosing welders from low temperatures
and high winds in New Jersey. This structure was assembled
in three days and will be relocated once the project
is complete. We delivered and installed the system within
three weeks of the order. |

The shelter has open ends and mesh sides for maximum natural ventilation.
The assembly of the structure was completed in 5 working days with
a crew of six, including the fork-lift operator. The rate of assembly
for this building is typically 2,000 square feet per day. This structure
was erected on a compacted dirt area with little site preparation.
In fact, one area of the site was 14 inches too low!! Our base rail
system will conform to site differential of up to three inches in
ten feet. |

| The
United States Post Office in Austin, Texas needed additional dry storage
for bulk mail. We provided them with twenty thousand
square feet of unheated warehouse space. The highly translucent material
chosen for the roof membrane allows postal workers to retrieve the
pallets during daylight hours. Fluorescent fixtures were later installed
for night shift operation. Two-tone covers are available as an option
to match adjacent buildings. Pictured above (interior and exterior
views) is one of the 40' x 200' x 17' structures. |
