Flight
Line Sunshades have been installed in Yuma, Arizona
and China Lake, California. Big Top has designed
a system that reduces heat fatigue of personnel,
as well as, reduces temperatures on aircraft that
are stored outside. Our proprietary system reduced
temperatures on the seat and the window canopy
of the aircraft by as much as 71 degrees Fahrenheit!!!
Temperatures on the nose of the aircraft were reduced
by 24 degrees Fahrenheit. The test was conducted
by military personnel and the results are available
by request. |
| The
military has utilized Big Top hangars all over
the world in all weather conditions. These structures
can be erected without footings or foundations
on any type of surface. Each structure is custom
designed to provide a total solution to the military
for unique and challenging projects. This structure
was custom fabricated to cover maintenance personnel
while they work on the electronics of the KC-10. |

| The
Eglin Air Force Base sun shade is relocatable, quickly
deployable, and employs a flight line sunshade design
to decrease the temperature of aircrafts up to 24 degrees.
A blast shield like the one used at Edwards AFB was not
necessary at Eglin due to the taller height of the Eglin
shelters. |

Grumman hired Big Top to customize a hangar for the
Global Hawk with large 120 ft wide doors. The hangar
was designed and fabricated in record time -- arriving
at its destination overseas within two weeks of the
order date. Employees from the Red Horse Squadron of
