In the winter of 1999 the structure withstood a wind clocked at 98 MPH. This structure is outfitted with a full access front end panel, a solid rear end panel, and two side mount personnel doors.   The Miami Yacht and Engine Works project took place in a very exclusive area of Miami, Florida to facilitate the repair and modification of large luxury yachts while controlling the construction debris from entering into a sensitive marine area.
