Custom Marina Enclosure
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Steel building customized for Marine Travel Lift and Local building codes
Ft Lauderdale, Florida
Two employees of Lauderdale Marine Center, Ft Lauderdale, Florida USA apply bottom paint to a 110 ft. yacht. This shelter is one of three paint/prep sheds they have installed in this location. This size/type structure was chosen by Lauderdale Marine Center for its ability to accommodate their 200 ton Marine Travel Lift and the ability to economically meet South Florida Building Code 1997/1999 Broward Edition. In fact, this is the first structure approved under this stringent code requirement for this purpose. Mesh panels on each end of this structure allow natural ventilation yet provide a suitable environment for painting.
